When should I take this class?

Anytime during pregnancy is the right time. We recommend starting in the second trimester so you have plenty of time to revisit the materials before birth—but you’ll have lifetime access, so it’s also great for TTC or postpartum reference.

Can my partner or friend watch too?

Yes! We encourage partners, friends, or support people to watch along. The more your team is informed, the more confident and supported you’ll feel.

What if I already have a therapist or a doula?

That’s amazing! This course complements the care you’re already receiving. Think of it as an added layer of support—giving you access to tools, education, and nervous system strategies you can return to anytime.
