"This was such a helpful class. I am having such a different postpartum experience this time and I think the class is a big part of the reason why it's so much better! So thank you for all the information you shared. It was such an empowering experience to learn from you two!"

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes! We encourage you to identify at least one support person to take this class with you, discuss journal prompts, and practice the exercises with. There are also kernels specifically for partners throughout the class.

  • Anytime during pregnancy is the right time. We recommend starting in the second trimester so you have plenty of time to absorb the content and return to it as your birth approaches—but because you get lifetime access, many people take it while TTC and/or revisit key modules after birth. Start when you’re ready; we’ll be here whenever you need it.

  • The course includes about 12 hours total of material separated into 6 modules. We recommend going through one module a week to have time to integrate the material, while also maintaining information to be build upon in the next module. However, because this course is self-paced with lifetime access, many people enjoy re-watching certain modules, pausing when life gets stressful, and picking up as needed.

  • That’s amazing! This course is a perfect complement to the care you’re already receiving. Think of it as an added layer of support—giving you access to tools, education, and nervous system strategies you can return to anytime. It can also help deepen conversations with your provider and make the most of your existing support.
