Sen·so·ma /ˈsensōmə/ – to feel in the body

Trauma Therapy, EMDR, Somatic Healing, Perinatal Mental Health, & Childbirth Education in Denver, CO | Sensoma Psychotherapy

At Sensoma Psychotherapy, we believe healing begins with coming home to yourself. The name Sensoma is rooted in the Latin words sentire (to feel) and soma (body), reflecting our belief that healing happens when we are curious about the stories our bodies are telling us and the experiences that have shaped those stories.

Our practice is grounded in the principles of attachment theory, somatic healing, and trauma informed-care with a team of certified EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, and Perinatal Mental Health therapists. We support clients in reconnecting with their innate capacity for safety, connection, and self-trust—through presence, attunement, and real relationship.

Sensoma is an invitation to feel—fully, safely, and in your body.

  • 6 thoughtfully structured modules with over 10 hours of video instruction

  • A 165+ page companion e-book filled with research, printable tools, charts, exercises, and journal prompts

  • Individualized birth and postpartum planning resource
