Hi! I’m Kedri. If you’ve found your way here, chances are you’re carrying pain that’s hard to name— patterns that show up in relationships, a nervous system stuck in overdrive, or a sense of never really feeling safe or enough. This is the impact of complex relational trauma.

For over a decade, I’ve specialized in working with people whose earliest connections- with family, partners, systems, or communities- left wounds that still echo today.

Maybe you learned to disconnect from your needs, stay small to avoid conflict, or take care of everyone but yourself. My passion is helping people untangle those deeply rooted patterns and reconnect with their authentic selves- with compassion, curiosity and care.

My approach is collaborative and deeply attuned to your story. I integrate EMDR, somatic practices, and attachment-focused work to support healing not just in your mind, but in your body and relationships.

I’m dedicated to providing personalized care tailored to your unique needs, timeline, and circumstances. I know flexibility in how you receive therapeutic support is important. I also know that feeling safe, connected, heard, and seen by your therapist is important.

Together, we’ll work to:

  • Make sense of your experiences

  • Understand how experiences shaped your nervous system, boundaries, and sense of self

  • Develop new ways of relating — to yourself and to others

  • Build safety and trust, at a pace that honors you

This isn’t surface-level work — it’s brave, slow, and deeply transformative.

Final thought:

If you’ve spent years feeling like “too much” or “not enough” — please know this: you are neither. You’re human. And healing is possible. Let’s explore what that could look like for you.

I love working with clients who:

  • are struggling to feel seen, heard, and understood

  • are feeling they are not enough, but somehow also too much

  • after a big life change, are struggling to know who they are, now

  • are looking to break the cycle, and move forward in a new way

  • want to reclaim the joy they once felt

  • want to let go of old habits, patterns, and ways of thinking

  • struggle to see their own strengths and value

  • are having a hard time with their "new normal"

  • are struggling with feeling alone in their experience

  • have been to therapy before, found themselves at a stuck point, and want to move past it
